Angstrom Technologies, Inc. specializes in providing invisible fluorescent pigments and dyes that can be used in a variety of media and substances for your security, anti-counterfeiting, and authentication needs.

The Power of Invisible Taggants

Angstrom’s UV fluorescent pigments are effectively used in various media to provide covert security or process control features. When we integrate our compounds with materials such as inks, varnishes, plastics, and adhesives they are undetectable in natural lighting.

These products serve as invisible taggants that can be integrated with printable inks, transparent overcoats, adhesives, and plastics. Common uses for our fluorescent compounds include: document security and proof of authenticity, anti-counterfeiting, process control in manufacturing, access control at venues, and many other applications.

Featured Fluorescent Pigments & Dyes

Our high-quality fluorescent pigments and dyes are invisible under normal light and require UV light to be seen or detected. In addition, some materials require exposure to specific shortwave UV excitation to be detectable. These materials are designed for integration with a wide variety of materials such as inks, varnishes, plastics and adhesives. Our products have a wide variety of uses and are an excellent choice for document security, process control and other applications.

In addition to these longwave and shortwave fluorescent materials, Angstrom also offers a selection of other luminescent pigments and dyes that include:

  • Visible fluorescent compounds
  • IR (infrared) emitting compounds
  • Phosphorescent compounds

Fluorescent Pigments & Dyes

See the LF rating and more for each of our fluorescent pigments and dyes. LF refers to the lightfastness of a product—an indication of the durability/stability of a material when exposed to light over time. Our LF rating scale ranks 1.0 as the least lightfast and 10.0 as the most.
